At MW yes, In my view the best of my lifetime
SRL was my favourite, but not a natural MW, neither RD
And then of course the Hitman
And what an under card that era held

A rich vein on here but worthy of recalling at this sad time

Very sad, amazing boxer in a time when we had "proper" boxers and the game was worth following.

RIP Champ.

The Mugabi fights were unreal, some of the body shots were insane....An amazing fighter.

I’m one of the people who believes he beat Leonard.

As was already said, arguably the best of the Fab Four.

One of, if not the greatest in a fantastic era of the sweet science.
RIP MMH

Re: Marvin Hagler RIP
Never forget how Minter said" I am going to lose my title to a black man". Such a stupid statement, giving Hagler more motivation to kick his arse and batter him in 1980!

Hammer-ed 4:50 Sun Mar 14
Re: Marvin Hagler RIP
Correction " NOT going to lose to a Black man". - huh he would have got more respect form Hagler from my pervious message HA HA!

Sad day indeed, a true legend.

In a modern era where nobody has a clue who the MW champ is, everyone knew the golden 4 back then

Boxing is shit today

RIP champ
